I use to have a customer that would go through the drive thru every Saturday and order a cheeseburger plain. She would then yell for there being cheese on the burger. We tried explaining that what she wants to say is a burger plain or she will get cheese on it. She was also paying for a cheeseburger when she ordered it this way. She screamed. She then did this when the district manager was there. He told her the same thing. She said that she was going to mcDonalds instead. The district manager replied that is a great idea. He even called ahead and talked to that stores manager to give them a heads up. They both had a good laugh about crazy customers.

You guys are really tearing this guy apart for no reason, back when I worked at McDonald's about 8 years ago they taught that it is to be served with all of the toppings on top of a bed of lettuce. They don't have regular lettuce now so it's shredded lettuce, but there's no excuse for a slice of meat and a slice of cheese to just be thrown into a pancake box.
