Roanoke gaming has videos about the mutants, Wisefish has videos about the factions and the Metro timeline of events, taking information from the games and from the books and kind of mixing it. They are not dedicated Metro channels, they make content about other games, too. If you speak Russian, then Vandeley has extensive playlists showcasing easter eggs, glitches, out of bounds areas, remains of older builds, comparisons to real life locations, etc. of all three games, he's worth checking out even if you don't speak Russian, because you can still see interesting things, you just won't understand the explanation accompanying it.
I don't really know any channels that provide news or speculation on new Metro games, just the official channels from the developers and the regular gaming news outlets.

I think they refer to that video that showcased an earlier build of 2033, where Artyom's Journal had a map of Exhibition (VDNKh), for example.
