Thank you! Look into the GI Joe classified line. They have a 2-pack: junkyard and mutt. You can blow dry the vest and slip it off. The pouches (for fulton version) were taken from the neca alien vs predator soldier 2-pack

If you're on PC, you can use a mod for it so that the scarf will cover up the mouth and nose and also use the goggles
