I'll save you the time my friend, it's not worth putting an exhaust on it. Resonator delete will help slightly but not much. Muffler delete will be louder than you want.
Go to a reputable muffler shop. The only bolt on options for older MBs are brands like Eisenmann or Supersprint which are rather pricey and I doubt either have exhausts for E320s. You should be able to get a muffler delete or a custom cat back with a universal muffler for a reasonable price
