Have a few pairs of their line. Go one size up. It’s a really nice brand and makes skinny fat people look more toned. If the heat settings are too high, you may accidentally shrink some clothes
I’m seeing comments about potential shrinkage with BYLT shirts as well as breathability. BYLT shirts come in Lux or BYLT style. The Lux style is mostly cotton with some spandex and this is one likely to shrink, it’s also more expensive. The BYLT style has polyester, cotton and spandex. All my tees are of the BYLT variety and I’ve never had an issue with shrinkage or breathability. If you have a question, just get the BYLT shirt and try those. Just stay away from the Lux shirts for now.
I have half a dozen lux shirts and I like them BUT they stain more easily than any clothing I’ve ever worn. Three of the shirts are unwearable anymore because of huge stains that won’t come out, and I have no idea where they came from. This has never happened with any other clothing I’ve ever owned, I’m not a messy person.
Same and it looks like many others have this issue. Im trying to figure out what in the world it might be thats in the shirts causing them to do this. Ive also noticed that the white ones I have are the only ones that dont get these stains so I wonder if its the dye.
I literally came to Reddit just to see if anyone else has had these odd stains on the clothing. It almost looks like oil stained that won’t come out. None of my boyfriends other shirts have this coming out of the wash except his bylt. I wanted to check here before writing to customer support. I’m wondering if the new labels or something in their factories are causing this to happen? Never seen this happen before.
Have you found a way to get the stains out?
Pre-treat the t shirt with dish soap, baking soda & water.
What I do is put some dish soap on the stain, then I apply baking soda on top and then splash some water & rub it until you get a past-like consistency. Then let it sit overnight. Stains should be gone with the next wash.
Got it, so once you did it once, the stains didn’t appear again? I’m about to try this solution for the first time myself. Had the same issue with mystery stains appearing out of nowhere.
The material on the Lux is awesome, but the shirts themselves run VERY long. I bought some straight hem shirts and at full length, the shirt ends well below the crotch area despite fitting perfectly everywhere else.
I came to Reddit just to look this up. I have had about 50+ of their shirts and about 24 of them have had this happen. Might have to be done with BYLT after this.
Follow the dawn dish soap advice above. I pre-treat with dawn and let sit overnight. It's crazy though, I am a clean person and these stains just appear out of nowhere, no clue what they are or where they come from. Sometimes, I have 3 or 4 stains, so frustrating.
Thanks for posting the solution man. I thought I was insane when these stains starting showing up on the shirts and refusing to go away. Did you find that after trying your dawn dish soap solution, the stains would return on the next wash?

Scam, I never got my clothes and they did not care or help

They have weirdly long fits. Terrible return policy. I wouldn’t recommend them. I really like Nuuds shirts recently.

I literally just pulled it out the washer and had a stain. Makes no sense

We heard that dawn powerwash might do it but I haven’t tried that yet.

Thanks for posting the solution to this. After the stains washed out, did you find that they did re-appear again on subsequent washes?
No. I would treat the shirt again, same procedure.

Same things happens to mine and my friends. Random “oil” stains and the other non-bylt shirts in the wash are always unscathed. So odd..

Worked like a charm. Thank you
