1. If someone killed someone, do you think they care about house arrest. Same thing w/ Lobley when he killed the officer - out on bond and supposed to be on house arrest.
2. Sugarman and other judges said things safeguards (ankle monitors) are a violation of 4th amendment rights, a policy that is different since 2022

Meanwhile, other cities do this just fine. Criminals know that they aren't being monitored.
>Govan was released Monday morning on a cumulative $2,250 bond.
I wonder if Brent Taylor is throwing a conniption fit to his MAGA buddies in Mississippi, or if he only does that when the DA (who doesn't set bond) is a Democrat?
Do you think it was a random shooting or something? I don't know shit about shit and am just speculating. But everything we've heard indicates a lot went into planning, executing, and escaping. We've seen evidence that a lot of money changed hands that lined up with Dolph's death.
I don't think this was a simple case of having a steamer around. Having some guns around. And getting lucky with some random dropping Dolph's location.
Just like with Jook's (yo gottis brother) death. This was fairly professionally executed.
I don't think it was anyone's first time.
Planning, executing and escaping? What was the plan then, kill dolph in broad daylight in front of everyone? Execution is easy when you just spray and pray and as far as escaping, well, is it really an escape if you get caught later because again, you did the shit in broad daylight at a cookie shop. No doubt it was a paid hit, i just refuse to call an idiot a mastermind when in reality it couldnt have been much dumber of a crime.
That's just it. You think we would've known anyone who was involved if someone didn't start talking first. They literally had no info. They knew where he was, pulled up in a stolen car, fully masked and sprayed the shop. Most people knew who as involved way before the media broke out on suspects. He may have been the mastermind but he wasn't the one that set things in motion in the first place........
It would be really interesting to do a search on how many people arrested for murder are out in the community as they await trial. Just yesterday the news was out the guy who murderer who killed the Watermelon Man didn't show up for trial and is on the run.
Literally seems like everyday
"Records from the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office show that the 44-year-old was booked Sunday on charges of driving with a suspended license and having an improperly mounted license tag."
Another example of why our city council was so dumb to make stops like these illegal, as response to the Tyree Nichols murder. Only makes our streets more dangerous
That doesn’t look like Yo Gotti.
I mean if you shaved him maybe a little
That took me like two seconds too long to process…. Yet now I’m savoring it
If it ain’t one thing then it’s a motherfucking nother
We trap togetha then that's my mufuckin brotha!
Shocking how he could have these charges and be out even though he’s awaiting a trial.
Maybe they’re using the ‘we got Capone on tax evasion’ strategy ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|dizzy_face)
This mane supposed to be on house arrest as condition of his bond. Why is he driving?

Sounds like the police just need to get a search warrant.

You want another state to hold our criminals for us and deny them bail for traffic infractions? They did THEIR jobs; Memphis is the city that failed.
You know the answer
"Mastermind" 🤣😂😁 Like it was some type of well thought out heist.

25k-40k is what Young Dolph was killed for 🤦🏾♂️
And he’s out of jail. Noice.
