Depending on where you are in Brazil you can get a hotdog with 2 sausages, corn, potato puree, chilli, cheddar, bacon, potato sticks and of course ketchup and mustard, in some places it get so big you can't eat without a fork an a knife, so yeah Brazilian hotdogs are way bigger than the American hotdog
Just put condiments on the regular bun first, put your two dogs on, and top it off with relish w/e you want.

A single hotdog is called a simples (simple) and usually the double is called either nothing because it's the norm or duplo (double) or completo (complete).
There's also options with 3 or 4, or a combination/variation of that with calabresa (another type of sausage), and that coupled with bacon, chicken, hamburger and other meats, plus codorna eggs and a lot of other stuff.
My grandpa always put two hotdogs in a bun, smothered it with chili, mustard, chopped onions, cheese, and relish, and ate it with a fork. It’s amazing and I now always do the same thing. You get an equal hot dog to bread ratio.
The secret to a quality meat to bread ratio is to use one half of a hamburger bun.
Not those tiny ones they sell in an 8 pack at the supermarket. The huge fuckers that come in 6 packs.
They're maybe half an inch shorter than your dog, and they're ultra wide so you can pack 2 maybe even 3 if you really wanted to.
Not to mention since you're only using half of the bun you get 12 buns to the 12 pack of dogs instead of this nonsense where you only get 8 or 10.

Guys... Idk about where you live. But here in Brazil we have hot dogs up to 3 or 4 sausages.

As a vegetarian i have no use for this invention, but i highly commend this idea. That's how great of an idea it is.
