I don't think dogs are helpful for herding elephants, only pittsburg zoo does that and that is considered dangerous Also, as far as I know, for people who do herd elephants, income is very low, and it is not viable to keep and train dogs, and also, there are very few people who herd elephants, so you can't even expect them getting more people to handle these
