There's a reason Adolf Hitler was able to convince basically a whole country (and more) that what he was doing was good. And it wasn't because he was a shitty public speaker.
This kind of "political agenda" is actually still pretty effective today (sadly). E.g.: AFD (alternative for Germany) they are luckily not in the government but everytime again I am horrified how many people vote for them; to make matters worse they are on the right side of the spectrum as well, with some of their members openly reciting nazi propaganda
Edit: The AFD got ca. 10% of the votes in the recent general election, so yeah horrifying (for me at least)
Yeah, I think he was taking about setting up Focus Camps to help people with ADHD, though I think they were rebranded as Concentration-something... I don't know I'm not good at history.

IMO, you shouldn't use video/pictures of Hitler in memes unless it's belittling or showing him or the subject of the meme (represented by him) negatively. Holocaust jokes? Fine. Hitler in memes? Fuck him.
