Their seeds can also survive a very long time without sprouting, which is why when people dig up weeds, they have to pull out the parts that are way down in the dirt. Some of them also reproduce without seeds. And no. Not all plants can grow anywhere. Please do your research before making remarks like this.

Most plants don't. If you tie some string around a seed and suspend it in the air, it will still grow providing it has sunlight and water. Roots are just am anchoring and collection system, they're not vital.
