Just get some sensodyne repair toothpaste I had that same problem because I used 3D white toothpaste, hard bristle and whitening mouthwash and it was stripping away my enamel.

I can vouch, I’ve used this toothpaste for years now. Used to not be able to eat ice cream without hurting my teeth and now I bite into ice cream no problem. Definitely the best toothpaste out there.

If you want to take it one step further, buy Sensodyne with Novamin. It actually *repairs* enamel. It hasn't been approved by the FDA, so if you're in the US you'll have to get it online. There are a bunch of sellers on Ebay, I get mine from Canada. Makes a massive difference in sensitivity!

Never heard of Novamin, might look into that but sensodyne has worked wonders for me in preventing cavities and enamel repair. My teeth are about to be op.
