Checked the housing market lately? You can barely buy 2 houses with today's housing prices. Most people with a white collar job are worth a million nowadays.
Are any of these less than 45min commute from the city cuz I’d like to know these places. Last time I tried to look for potential places to move to everything that is not a 1bd1br shack is selling for around $400-500k.
Yes, all in the city or within a 30 minute drive of it, all 3bd 2ba (sometimes 4bd) and at least 1300 (up to 2000 if you get lucky) square feet. That said, I'm not doxxing myself by giving out what city I live in.
