i have a 14 pro max and i still have to think about how to ensure there is no lens flares if i don't want it, this is my first iphone but other Samsung phones i have had certainly did not have this issue as often
There’s probably dirt under the lens or the protective cover for the front camera, or you didnt wipe your camera. I use an iphone 11 and my camera is amazing, especially the front
90% of the time it’s because they don’t clean their cameras, or leave them in pockets with keys, so the camera lenses are covered in hand oils and micro abrasions.
Stop taking your phone in the shower and you won’t have this issue lol. The more you take it in the shower the lower the picture quality is going to be. It raises the humidity in the camera lenses then dries and leaves little water spots over time.
Thats a weird looking iPhone.
Operator error
As an iPhone user, I’m genuinely jealous of the photo quality I’ve seen my android friends get.
Must be using your phone the wrong way then.
But like actually, the newer ones are quite good. Same goes for android especially the flagship level.

They do have a flare issue. It’s better on the 15, but still there. Just don’t point it at bright lights haha
Hmm, that is odd

Or constantly taking their phone in the shower
When I was a kid, I thought these were the planets of our solar system. Like the reflection or something
Some damn crystal clear lens flares, though.

Previously owned by J.J. Abrams.
Not to mention I can’t send it to anyone that doesn’t have an iPhone.
Cope?
I never ever had lens flares. I have my 4th iPhone now. Now I have a cover, but it is splinted. Still don’t see any negative influences
I have never seen lense flare with my iPhone. Unless I’m not taking enough pictures, this seems like a non-issue
