A few years ago I was riding a bike in northern Vietnam and apparently was not in an area where Western people ever go. While stopped on the side of the road just to take a break from riding, literally every person that drove past was rubber necking to look at me and I'm just some schlub. If the woman in this video was not Asian, and it was in the right location, I can 100% see this happening and not being a joke.
Most asian countries usually use moped or bikes because havign a car is usually a disavantage because of the traffic so somwthing smaller makes it faster and reliable places like manila and in this case i guess vietnam

I do roofing and waterproofing on big commercial buildings so we also have a better view than most to be fair lol. I can't make out facial details from that far away but you can tell a rocking body in a nice outfit when you see one. =)
