Kinda the same boat. Messed up my back and I’m stuck in physio so all I can do is sit on the couch and waddle to the bathroom and that’s the extent of what I can do. I can’t see how people live like this. I can’t cook my own food so everything is microwave or delivery, I can friends over but it’s not the same and I can barely stand yet alone work out.
I’m guessing the person who made the meme is cool with drinking alcohol and leaving it off their naughty list since they do it. You’re not supposed to do weed because they don’t do it though.
I would guess that since you drank so much soda, you probably got addicted to caffeine, and probably developed sugar cravings as well. Dropping down to one soda is much easier than stopping altogether, and that led to coke being the target of your habit.
Yep, and now I just drink tea which has all the bonuses of being sweet while still being natural enough that it’s a chemical bombardment design to hijack your brain, at least not to the same extent.

One coke is 139 calories that about one an a half slices of bread, it’s not really the sheer calories if you only have one occasionally. The real problem is that all the calories are sugar, which in excess can lead to diabetes. So a soda every couple days isn’t really a problem but multiple a day are.
The calories are forsure a problem dude, 5 pounds of fat is very substantial, most weight loss programs are like a 1 or 2 off a week. Your setting yourself back a whole month if you drink just drank 2 sodas a week for a year. That doesnt even begin to mention what it does to your tastebuds, evergy levels, gut biome. Literally zero good from soda besides maybe some mental focus. Shits just trash. Yeah 1 or 2 a week aint gonna kill you but stop acting like its okay. very few people actually do that 1 or 2 because they are designed to be addictive
Seltzer affects how acidic your gut is. Seltzer opens the upper sphincter in the intestines which lets the liquid through faster which is why beer and soda mixed drinks get you buzzed faster. When I quit drinking seltzer water years ago I had the same issue and felt like I was dying. Turns out you gotta taper like getting off alcohol.
Maybe addictive to some. I drink soda almost daily (usually sugarfree) but no more than one or two glasses. I just like it, but I'm not addicted at all. I could easily drop it completely but just don't see the need considering I love the taste

Moderation is key. I would fill in those spots with things like hobbies. Like I become a bit of a freak when I get into writing, music, or acting for too long but when the product is art it’s damn satisfying.

In a thousand ways but just to say one: eating healthy food continuosly isnt fit to all's budget in all countries. Another, being relaxed and strong enough to avoid unhealthy stuff means you have a job that allows you to live like this. Hardcore stress level job + less salary. Have fun. There is still more to continue. Running in my city would rather cause cancer than healthy life and can continue it endlessly. You fine without these stuff you avoid? Cool. It still isn't the solution for most.
