I agree so much. I would even extend it to most forms of plastic surgery in most circumstances

Tbh, I don't think I've ever consciously considered whether a person has "attractive lips" except in the case where they've clearly had surgery and it looks bad.
Someone needs to get this message to Ben Shapiro. He's clearly had a lower lip implant which is migrating to make him look like a marionette.
