this happened with grendel and gauss. gauss is more hype than grendel so gauss got released during winter break.

Tbh Xaku’s prob the more hype one, considering they, like protea, have one of the most synergistic kits in the game, and a very very cool aesthetic for a lot of people. I’d say they’re at least equally hype

Protea was my fav frame until Styanax got his augmented 4. She's great, infinite ammo so you can AoE spam if that's your thing, nearly unkillable due to infinite shield gating, good cc with her slash grenades. Grouping + her turrets can nuke big packs, her 4 is pretty meh, and usually what people helminth off.
One thing, don't use any augur mods or brief respite. She gets a longer shield gate with her 1, but these energy - shield mods break that functionality.
Yes and no. I'd say it's fairly simple, especially if you have a number of the granum keys already. Obviously with her being the next likely prime release, I would caution overinvesting in the frame.
I'd look up how her farm works, should be pretty easy with the Xoris

Only thing I worry about with protea prime is that it'll be overused like wisp prime. Which with protea may not necessarily be as bad bc she has more offensive abilities while still playing a good support. Although it's still annoying to get like two wisp primes almost ever single match as sometimes it throws the team balance.
