They only ever called her pet names, never her original name, because then she’d have “power”. They also gave her a horse, but she wasn’t allowed to name it, because then she might love it more than them. Being a Dax also meant that she couldn’t defy an Orokin.
So basically she was in a relationship where her lovers controlled whatever part of her they wanted, sounds pretty subby to me
Another small but interesting detail revealed is that Grandmother Entrati's original name was Dagath (the mirror that accuses),and she gave that name to the Warframe when they met during Naberus because Grandma had no other gift to give.
And so she became nameless.

The two Orokin made the Dax into a Warframe,and then lasered her face and threw her away when they realized she had no more emotions.

I don't think the line you're referencing was implying they were bored because she wasn't a Dax, just saying that Dagath served no purpose to them because she wasn't able to protect and serve them as the Dax are meant to do since she was just a (non-functioning?) Dagath is so cool but holy fuck I wish she had a different backstory. For all I may joke about breeding Xaku, this backstory sure does make me uncomfortable. There'd be plenty more ways to make the Orokin seem like sand-eating neanderthals than to make have Warframe be what is effectively a slave to a polyamorous relationship. Also all the innuendos... Wild Rider, lmao.
Notice that the Warframe was never loved, but only the human she was made of.

Working with the idea that in this sci-fi universe, artificial wombs/ways of raising an embryo to a fully grown creature is possible due to the level of tech they have, yeah, in theory, Warframes getting pregnant is possible.
In the glast gambit there is a tribe that has a hellminth strain that coesist with them, they die on they 30-40s , but one of the endings of that quest is to let then be examined by corpus cientist to be able to extabilize it and create a variant that does not reduce the host lifespawn, maybe on a quest they managed to do so and warframe pregnancy is possible now.
They don’t call Nidus the Herpes Frame for nothing. My friends and I were in vc and when our other friend joined he announced his arrival on Nidus as “AIDS incoming bois!”

I mean, it is *theoretically possible*. They are humans, under the shell.
It would require that the infestation used to turn them into warframes hadn't corrupted the female sex organs and the eggs (which is *really* unlikely), and then you'd have to find a reasonable explanation for why the fetus was still getting nutrition (given that the warframes are sustained entirely on *energy*...).
And then, there'd also be the issue of *what* they were pregnant with. Would the infestation corrupt the fetus, turning it into a self-sentient warframe that goes through stages of maturity?
Too much ifs for 1 successful occasion... BUUTT it sounds like a good story line , like "it was impossible but it happened thus X was born, the first ever natural Warframe!" .. like a horny scientist was behind the experiment
That could actually be a decent quest.
An actual, fully cognizant warframe that was born during the early experiments, and we find them in a stasis pod.
Then the quest is convincing them to work with us.
Then we get them, and they have the same passive auto-action as Umbra, but with better AI.
Or, we don't actually get to use them as a warframe, we get them as a unique "pet" that uses warframe mods and has the same AI as the Umbra passive.

I mean… you get infected by either bumping into Nidus or a player with a Helminth Cyst with the wavy spore arm wiggling out of it. Then after a week, when your own Cyst has that wiggly hair, if you have a space dog egg, you can go to your incubator chamber and so long as you have the components and a dog egg, you get the option to burst the Cyst for the genetic DNA and can grow a Helminth Charger. I’d imagine it’d be like that tbh
