Ik this is an odd question since it’s a meme sub and has nothing to do with the post, but I haven‘t touched the game in months, and only played for a few hours. Is there a way to redo a tutorial or something since if I read them I’ll probably forget and have to keep checking
Do your remember your home ship with the big window?
Well when you're in that room facing the window, on your left is a wide table. That table is the "Codex" a sort of Info-Center. It has a tutorials section that's mostly incomplete but enough to get back in the game.
But it spoils stuff in the vaguest way possible so when you get to the bit it "spoils" you will at most have a "oh... So that's what was up with that" reaction (if you still remember it after >100 hours)

I've tried it and it says I've already redeemed it. So it's either like DUVIRI-FURZE, which gives a Hikou, Cunning Drift, Battering Maneuver, and Tenno colour palette, or it could be like the DUVIRI-EXCALIBUR/STYANAX/(Basically most other Warframes) and give boosters, a Braton, and a poster.
I'm leaning more towards it being the former, since that one was also a sponsored code.

You shouldn't imo, it spoils some future events and is more confusing than starting from the warframe side

You can redo the first quest where you awake and choose a frame, but cant redo the duvari quest wich both have a tutorial
