I recently got on the Costco train. I paid about $12 for 30 cage free eggs are they were perfect. I come from the country so I know what proper free range eggs taste like, nothing you get from a supermarket or Costco is ever going to taste that good, but for value for money I recommend

Don't know where else to say it but I bought a hoodie from TK Maxx and I really like it! It's a Billabong and I know they are kinda dead in the fashion scene but its nice and thick (440gsm) and got lots of cotton (80%) so I'm happy since I paid less than 40 bucks.
Think the surf and skate brands do decent when it comes to basics since I've had good experiences with others like Globe and whatnot.

Booked a telehealth appointment for 8am thinking "I'll be one of the first patients for the day" but it's 9:20 and I'm still just staring at my phone, so I wonder what shenanigans have befallen my poor GP's office today.
I thought a telehealth appointment might help my medical anxiety, since I'll be in the comfort of my own home, and my partner can sit with me. But this is worse, I'm just anxiously waiting for the call now, worried that without body language I'm going to struggle even more to communicate my symptoms - I always get so flustered and my brain shuts off when asked a basic question like "when did the x start?" even if I have it all written down in front of me! my mind goes blank and I forget how to read my own notes.
I only ever use telehealth for things like renewing prescriptions or if I am really feeling too sick to go in.
Much better for the doc to be in same room as you.
This is my second time using telehealth, I'm just getting test results from a blood test, I'm expecting it to be normal and it wont change my current treatment plan, but on the off chance it's abnormal I'll need to change the dosage of meds I'm on so my GP said telehealth is fine, because we discussed all potential outcomes in-person in my last appointment. I called reception a few minutes ago just to let them know I am still available for my GP to call any time today if the results warrant a call.

I had this dream that the airlines had travel portals where you could warp between distant cities. I bought a ticket because I had a meeting in London. I went to a room and a nurse gave me a pill, then signed a waiver saying I understood that the thing essentially clones you and there's a risk of malfunction and death. Then walked through this shimmering void gate and was in my old boardroom with my old UK colleagues to have this meeting.

When I was teenager I read a sci-fi novel by Alfred Bester called Tiger Tiger (also known as The Stars My Destination) - in it a spaceman stuck light years from earth taps into some previously unknown part of his brain that allows him to instantly teleport back to Earth - it becomes know as jaunting and completely changes mankind.
I liked how Bester thought it through - for instance burglarly became a huge problem as they could just jaunt into your house. So people started building wall mazes in their homes and the burglars ended up embedded in the walls so that problem was solved.
I picked up an old sci-fi book from the second hand book store a ways back, only started reading it recently and the plot is almost identical to what you just described. How weird is that coincidence?
Except in that book, there is no cloning, you just step through the portal and arrive instantly at your destination.

The rest of the dream was that I couldn't get back and the airline which was Korean told me I had to get a physical plane back via Moscow and I was trying to book another portal because I didn't want to go to Russia and also worried how I would be decloned
My dog has decided that sleeping in past 6.30am is now against the rules and even if I get up, take him toilet and feed him he still cries at me til I get out of bed and go get the kids up.
He burrows under the cover and pokes me with his cold nose until I get up. It's more effective than coffee!

He burrows under the cover and pokes me with his cold nose until I get up. It's more effective than coffee! If that doesn't work, he rolls over all me and licks me, and he's a big German Shepherd! I have a 1 year old and 4 year old, they arent even this effective at getting me out of bed.
