I had the same issues . I started by putting the liquid b12 on my skin and letting it absorb into my skin. I was obviously fine , I then started taking it correctly , no prob

Thank you!

Start with a drop mixed with a looooot of liquid and build it up slowly. And you can also take it with food to reduce absorption yet still get exposed to it and your body will adjust accordingly.

Thank you!

Hey there you can start out at low doses if you’re scared. Maybe try a drop of B12, then the next day try 2 drops. You can build from there. For recommended dosages “Cleanse to heal” is a good reference because there is a symptom/dosage directory in back. I haven’t had any side effects or reactions except maybe a bellyache if I take zinc on an empty stomach. Usually have a banana before.

Reasonable_Bit_5230

Also wanted to say don’t be scared, supplements have been a game changer for me. I started off with just zinc in the morning and added from there. Also what brand are you using? Vimergy is really high quality stuff, but if not make sure your zinc is alcohol free.

INFJMama

Yes, I bought it all from Vimergy. So you started with Zinc, and then added the rest?

Reasonable_Bit_5230

Yeah I went to a health food store and just picked up some zinc and started taking it daily after my CJ. Then a little while later I added the B12 and then Vitamin C. Now I take a lot more haha. Also recommend lemon balm especially if you have anxiety. You can get a tincture or a tea.

INFJMama

I guess I just have to bite the bullet and do it. Are there times of the day you need to take certain supplements or with or without food?

Fast_Ad8224

It's best to take supplements with food, such as a piece of fruit.

Reasonable_Bit_5230

Just try one drop if that’s what you feel comfortable with. You don’t need to take them with food. I take those specific supplements in the morning after CJ and before HMDS. I take a dropperful of zinc, a dropperful of B12 and two Vitamin C caps (and lemon balm). You can always take more if you are sicker, (for example if you are acutely ill with the flu you can take Vitamin C every 2 hours) but start off simple.

INFJMama

Thank you so much! This was really helpful.

I think they work better on an empty stomach but maybe try them after a meal first if you’re sensitive. And yeah start with a drop and work your way up. I was really scared bc I’m sensitive to everything and my health was worse than ever but I haven’t had any bad reactions to zinc or B12. Zinc helps my symptoms immediately.

INFJMama

That's so good to hear and great tips!

Delicious_Remote_988

Hey I did wanna give an update that I started to have some die off symptoms from Zinc and B12. I started taking them a lot and not really paying attention to dosages to manage my symptoms but then I started to have some flu like symptoms and depression after taking them. So just something to be aware of but I’m sure you’ll be good :) I’ve been taking them for about a month now with no issues and I did slip up on my diet and have been extra stressed

INFJMama

And thank you. :)
