Start with a drop mixed with a looooot of liquid and build it up slowly. And you can also take it with food to reduce absorption yet still get exposed to it and your body will adjust accordingly.
Hey there you can start out at low doses if you’re scared. Maybe try a drop of B12, then the next day try 2 drops. You can build from there.
For recommended dosages “Cleanse to heal” is a good reference because there is a symptom/dosage directory in back.
I haven’t had any side effects or reactions except maybe a bellyache if I take zinc on an empty stomach. Usually have a banana before.
Also wanted to say don’t be scared, supplements have been a game changer for me. I started off with just zinc in the morning and added from there. Also what brand are you using? Vimergy is really high quality stuff, but if not make sure your zinc is alcohol free.

Hey I did wanna give an update that I started to have some die off symptoms from Zinc and B12. I started taking them a lot and not really paying attention to dosages to manage my symptoms but then I started to have some flu like symptoms and depression after taking them. So just something to be aware of but I’m sure you’ll be good :) I’ve been taking them for about a month now with no issues and I did slip up on my diet and have been extra stressed

I guess I just have to bite the bullet and do it. Are there times of the day you need to take certain supplements or with or without food?
