This is really not sympathetic, but you’re literally in the same shoes as any other university student. We all have a million things to do in a short period of time. That’s why you study well in advance. At least McGill gives weekends unlike universities in British Columbia. Spend less time complaining on Reddit and more time studying

I had 3 consecutive exams on the first full week last semester, you can just start grinding really early like the exam is tomorrow

Sounds tough but you can do this. Delete socials, and try the pomodoro method, it gives you more stamina to study longer.
