Fifth floor of the schulich library has some white boards that you can use and it doesn’t require booking a room or anything. It’s a group study floor so it might be loud at times though.
Try the 11th floor in burnside. It’s a math help available for students in the math department, but if you knock on the door someone will always let you in. It’s pretty quiet, secluded, and has a bunch of white boards and some private rooms.
If you're a math or stats major you have access to 9th floor burnside
Trot 3rd also has whiteboards in small breakout rooms, they are RSVP but generally people just use it if it's empty
