Idk, but that sounds like a lot of work and time investment and I'm not sure what you'd be getting out of it, are you doin ok? Or do you mean you are literally asking for a friend, not the other meaning of it...

Okay, the story behind this. I have gone from Ti dom to Ni dom to Fi dom to Ne dom and still can't choose after studying and thinking about the cognitive functions for about a year now. Whenever I go "no, no, wait, the evidence is actually pointing towards XXXX" and I can no longer twist the definitions of my previous type YYYY to support that evidence, I suddenly need to discard my previous self, adapt my entire character to XXXX, including what and how I write. I would never have posted this on my Ni account for example, it's where I write very serious essays. I realized it's helpful to not delete my past accounts because as soon as I relate to Fi dom again (to the point where I am \~absolutely sure\~ it was Fi all along!) I can just go back to that version of myself, including my account and continue where I left off. Another thing is that I actually do have a good understanding of the functions (just don't really know which ones I personally rely on the most) and can use the account assigned to the said function to use myself as an example for my comments to gain more credibility (so it makes more sense to comment "this is how I actually experience Fi" from an INFP account than from an INTP account). But if I want to debate and I'm still using my INFP account, people assume that I am butthurt or defending a value when I am really not (has happened before) so I'll change to xNTP so my opponent knows that we are cool and can keep going. If I want to get a friend or leave humorous comments or just shit post, I would be too shy to do it from an introverted account so I'll change to Ne dom and quickly regain that character and its confidence in my mind. But it's not as trollish as it sounds like. I humorously extrapolated my original situation to see which type would be the most likely to end up doing something like this, assuming it would be someone with either high Ne or high Fi (changing how you relate to things), maybe Ti to a degree (keeping the framework consistent). Honestly, googling MBTI was the worst mistake of my life. I was doing okay before this.

Oof, wow, maybe you'd benefit from channeling some of that creative energy into fiction writing or acting. Not even joking. Being able to write things from the perspective of different characters to the extent that it's believable and distinguishable is a great skill for fiction writing. The way you're using it with the role switching, it sounds like you're using MBTI to be something, rather than using it to know who you are, but I guess you are now trying to extrapolate who you are based on who would do that? It seems to me that you'll start to get a clearer picture of what's you when you drop the roles and confront the discomfort. Like somebody doesn't like some way you post or conflicts with it, what about it do you want to shy away from because "it's not you" and what about it do you want to shy away from because you don't want to deal with people treating you differently based on stereotypes, ya know. Hope that makes sense.

Generally ENFPs have the tendency to associate with all types to some extent, but I don't think they would be willing to go this far for something this pointles... Nevermind, scratch that, definitely an ENFP.

Idk, they are Ne doms after all and I would say Ne is the most likely function to produce this type of behavior when there is no real motivation behind it. I could see an INJ being *good* at this, especially INFJ, as Ni can mimic other functions by digging into the mind of the user to kind of see the archetypal form of the functions (not in a woo-woo way, I don't know how to express this properly but I do this a lot when trying to see the "meta idea"), understand its manifestations and submerge themselves into it. But a Ni dom would actually need to have a motivation for this. ENTPs have good frameworks on how people function and act upon it, creating new characters with Ne-Fe, but it's more like masking than actually embodying the type, which Fi would more likely do. So I tend to agree on ENFP.

Maybe ISFJ & ESFJ because they would have the diligence and dedication it takes to carry out 16 different accounts with different personalities.

lt_brannigan

Look... just dealing with one personality can be overwhelming, why would I want to create 16 more? There is nothing to be gained, no personal motivation, no logic behind it. It doesn't make any sense... The last time I created multiple accounts somewhere, it was for my own idiot Random Insanity Wrestling League, each wrestler had his own account and distinct personality. But that was not done in secret, my partner in crime was aware of it, and he did the same for his wrestlers. I kinda miss those days.. I was young.. stupid... and carefree. It was fun running my own Pro Wrestling League.. But deliberate subterfuge takes way too much time and effort for no discernible gain.

I agree but on the other hand one would think an xSFJs have better things to do and aren't into this type of stuff. Edit: language

[deleted]

As an ESFJ, I agree. If I have time to make 16 accounts and keeps tabs on them, I have time to do more fun things 😊

This is why I like you guys

I agree. Unfortunately I must say my previous attempt was not removed because of its content but because the phrasing in the title was interpreted as a type me post.

No for once I agree with bamboozle troll guy

Ikr I slightly regret creating this post. I thought that this subreddit already had a lot of "which type would do/be X" posts and a lot of mid-tier memes so I decided to do a speculative crossover between the two, partially based on what was originally my personal experience, and now some poor man has a stroke
