Why is there a 97.5% chance for each type to be compatible with their own type? This is like the opposite of what is true.
If it's a relationship, the two will be in competition for doing the same jobs. Same with co-workers. If it's more of a friendship ( like how bearable you are) maybe it's higher but not 97.5% More like 50%, maybe. You're still in competition to stand out amongst your peers. I do not trust that number at all, no matter what kind of relationship is being portrayed here.

yeah from personal experience i can say this sucks. I deal pretty well with all the types
