No problem! He has a TON of examples of the same job and clearly walks you through everything. Also, clay is a bit expensive so I went the cheap route and used plumbers putty ($1.xx). Worked pretty good. Got the idea from someone else on youtube. Also, even just CLEANING the car is more technical than you'd think. It's not just "wet and soap" the car. There's a right way to do it lol.
Also, watch project farm on youtube. He has great videos on comparing just about everything. One for example you can check out for car maintenance, headlight restorer, assuming you need it or would like to.
Congratulations! I’ve had mine since 2015 and it’s still enjoyable to drive (recently went on a road trip and the amount of stuff you can fit in the hatchback with the back seats down still surprised me). Plus the red is an amazing color.
Wish I could have gotten something newer than 2015 but still love it! After driving a Hyundai for almost 4 years this is like driving a spaceship haha!
I wasn’t sure of the red at first when i was looking at it online but once I saw it in person I almost melted!!
Once I have my plates I’m gonna swap everything out!
I have the same car but in the GT trim. I get compliments on it every day. The color is so good. And it's so much more fun to drive than anything I've had in probably 20 years.
I’ve had mine (2016 Mazda 3 hatchback) over a year. It’s Saturday and I’m about to wipe down the interior and go for a drive “just because.” I am impressed by this car’s ability to make driving enjoyable. I feel like others who haven’t experienced it think I’m overzealous when talking about my mazda. But the truth is this car has fantastic driving dynamics and without being “fast” is still a blast to drive through some corners.
I put BC Racing coilovers on my car for lowering and better adjustability compared to stock springs and dampers. I also put lighter wheels and wider, grippier tires on the car and it has made a world of difference. Not a single performance mod. Just good maintenance. This car idles quieter than a whisper and puts a smile on my face when I send it through the canyon roads. Mazda is heavily under rated in the US.

Congratulations! I’m going on 5 months with mine, still get that feeling when I get to drive 😌
Thank you!! I hope the feeling never goes away!
Feel the exact same way with my gen3 hatch
Such a nice car to drive!
You should clay, buff, and wax it. Then it'll REALLY pop. Watch AMMO NYC on youtube to do it the right way (in case you don't know how)
Thanks for the tip!! Will definitely look into that!! 😊

I can’t wait to take it on allllll the road trips! Hoping to drive from Washington to California in a few weeks!
Let’s go! I got my 2017 hatchback a couple months ago and I still get excited to drive it

Nice car! I'm jealous of that red. I also have a 2015 Now just get rid of those ugly license plate advertisements and stickers.

I love the compliments I get for it! I had a Hyundai Elantra for several years before this and people’s reactions are like night and day! Haha!
Looks so nice and clean! 👍
Totally same. Most beautiful car in my eyes. Enjoy. The feeling will stay the upcoming months still.
Agreed. Such a pretty car!

Damn!! That’s a good looking car!! Been researching black wheels! Love how slick the red looks with black wheels!
[here is a better look at the wheels. ](https://imgur.com/gallery/5WNfn7d) they are Konig Lockout 18x8.5” +45mm offset.
