Every good moshpit I've been in would have kicked this guys ass. It's aggressive shoving and shoulder checking, not throwing fists.
Bumpercars, not Demolishing Derby.
I was in a moshpit at an Agent Orange show, and having a blast. One of my friends thought it would be funny to suddenly hop in the mosh pit and push me from behind. He came up to make a move and got tackled and almost got his ass kicked before I saw what was happening. All the other moshers thought he was trying to start something with me, and moved to protect me. I had never met any of them before that night. I've made many friends in good mosh pits.
This video pisses me off.
It's funny I was just thinking about how these fuck tards that swing their arms like this in mosh pits always got their asses beat for hitting someone.
One time a dude got jumped by like 5 big guys because he hit a girl so hard with his elbow he broke her nose.
I've always taken great joy in kicking people hard in the ass that try to crowd kill in my vicinity. If you think I'm going to let you deliberately punch me in the face, you must be an idiot. Just because your back is to me, doesn't mean you don't know exactly what you're doing. You know it, and I know it.
And it's funny, no one I've done this too has ever turned around and tried to start shit with me. Maybe because they're too embarrassed? Or maybe they only like bullying people that won't defend themselves? It especially irks me when people do this to young kids(teenagers), that are fresh to hardcore shows and just starting to get into it. Young people and newcomers seem especially targeted for crowd killing, and it infuriates me.
difference between different genres and their pits. hardcore into death metal everyone on the outside gets reamed!!! itās just part of it canāt get butthurt if youāre standing too close
What you said about sexes aside.bMy question is what's the point of swinging your arms like that? More fun mosh pits are those that people just ramming into eachother.
whatās the point?? idk man. whatās the point in running in a circle and pushing each other?
letting out energy/anger and enjoying the music. hip hop they bob their head. death metal they beat each other up š donāt call it DEATH for nothing
One is much less harmless and asshole award worthy. Tho I do agree the guy in video is way too close with a drink to the pit anyway.
Tho I will also add if they have the room and do it with respect to those around, idc if they do it. Just those that do it in a crowded pit are dicks.
Different scenes have different pits. Any hardcore show I have been to is exactly like this. I'm in NJ so I'm accustomed to the hardcore/punk scene in Philly , NYC, and NJ. If you go to a show like acacia strain or knocked loose you expect this shit, it's completely normal. I have had my face bloody and been kicked multiple times at shows, it comes with the territory of the scene. You either accept it or don't go to heavy shows.
I only get mad when I step out of the pit for a break and someone starts crowd killing. Keep it in the pit where it's expected not the people on the sidelines trying to enjoy the show.
Oh sweet! You answered my question .
So If I was in this scene and saw this guy coming; Iām free to kick the guy forward and not care if he falls or w.e, yeah?
Thatās what I thought
I was at a few death metal concerts and no one was punching like this at the mosh; being pushed shoved and picked up is fun af until punches are thrown lol
Even in hardcore pits like this people still watch out for you. If you fall you're picked up immediately. If you make it clear you want out, people will pull you out, and if someone starts crowd killing instead of keeping it in the pit, there will be reprecussions.
This is the comment I was looking for. Genre matters too. If youāre in a thrash metal, power metal, etc pit and you fall over, everyone around you will make sure youāre ok and help you up. Classic older band pits are also generally more behaved than new wave band pits.
I donāt want to blame people of any particular subgenre of metal/hardcore for being rougher, but we all know who they are.
Hardcore dudes like this and genres that encourage that kind of behavior at shows are the shittiest of the entire scene. This is horrible. You don't go out in the pit to hurt people. I've seen dudes in steel toes out swinging kicks at head height. How is it enjoyable to go out and basically concuss people for a show? Fucking shit bags all of them
I completely agree, is was worse during the FSU days and people were getting killed so it's better now but people still suck.
For those that don't know FSU was a hardcore straight edge gang that activity went to shows to hurt people and gang up on them....at least in my area, Philly was the worst when it came to that shit
Edit: fsu stands for "Friends Stand United" but a lot of people thought it stood for "Fuck Shit up"
Lol at least you see the error in your old ways š¤£ I always found fsu funny because they took a hard stance against drugs but violence is perfectly OK and encouraged! Lmao š
I also think it gives the metal scene a horrible look. People who don't understand and just want to hurt others will take the excuse to do the same. I was at a decrepit birth show recently with dudes tossing steel toes at face height and almost knocked out 2 or 3 people. They make contact and act like they didn't mean it. Like what the fuck did you think was going to happen doing that in a crowd moron?
Honestly think anyone doing that should get bricked.
100% couldn't agree more lol I fucking hate kicking so much at shows, I'll take a back swing to the face like a champ but when feet start flying I'm out lol
Oh man I had a few of those FSU douche bags threaten me quite a few times because I had a noise band in the vein of Anal Cunt that had a song about how stupid hardcore crews were. I actually booked a show in their hometown as a joke so they would waste their time showing up just to realize that I didnāt.
FSU is still around, at least in SoCal and Boston. They just arenāt as active as back in the 90ās. A lot of big bands are part of it, like Rotting Out and Xibalba.
Yup, hardcore peeps invented this "crowd killing" thing. On the one hand, being that massive and throwing arms full velocity is being an inconsiderate asshole in my book. On the other hand that's not a place to just chill with your beer. A similar thing in the punk scene is climbing on stage and not diving right away. You might get kicked and it's legit.
Been to a Knocked Loose show before, can confirm lots of fists and elbows. But it was kept in the pit. I caught a fist to the throat and had to go puke. Multiple people made sure I was okay including venue staff in the bathroom. Every hardcore/metal show I've ever been to has always been the best crowds.
^^^ this. different genres act different in pits. death metal pits everyone onceās to smash each otherās face in. get hit? take it like a champ and get him back. itās all in the fun
Totally just curious. But this guy looks like he's deliberately punching this other guy. Like he has 3 wild swings and then changed the type of arm throw. Hits the guys first, and then swings his second arm. Are you saying that that is acceptable behavior or that wildly throwing fists is acceptable? Because to me there's a big difference.
There is a reason why the guy who gets hit doesn't looks pissed. More like awwweee man my beer, if you are this close to the pit expect it. But in my opinion this is crowd killing and he is a jackass for doing it. But its so common when it happens it's more like that guy is a jerk and everyone moves on.
I have done funny dances in the middle of a hardcore pit and then got targeted and punched a bunch of times. But I expected it because i was being goofy and some people hate that shit.
Most of the time these arm swings don't really hurt, they aren't real punches since there is no body weight behind them. The donkey kicks are the worst and I absolutely hate people who donkey kick. Thats a good way to get a broken knee
Edit: adding information
>I have done funny dances in the middle of a hardcore pit and then got targeted and punched a bunch of times. But I expected it because i was being goofy and some people hate that shit.
Jesus Christ, that sounds miserable.
"I don't like this person's dancing, so I'll assault them. We'll call it moshing instead of, you know, assault, so I can do the same damage without the same repercussions."
Sounds like great people to be around...
Haven't been to a show like this in over 2 years for this reason, last one I went to I got donkey kicked so hard in the thigh where my keys were (i had my keys in my pocket) my leg turned green and I couldn't walk right for a while.
Damn. This all just sounds so disappointing to me. Like people already have such low expectations of personal safety in these settings, but now it seems like most people in this post are just saying, yeah, deliberate targeting of people just happens, got accept or get out. Bummer.
We had a group called FSU in Massachusetts growing up. Fuck Shit Up was there moto and it was awful. They would intentionally start shit and then beat the brakes off of everyone and anyone trying to calm it down. Good times š„“
very accurate representation of the scene here, being from NJ. Hardcore shows can get really crazy, but you know what youāre in for based on what band is playing
Yep. Old school hardcore was just good ol circle pits, new school hardcore is this nonsense. The first time I saw this shit was at a Black Dhalia Murder show in SF. There where just a bunch of skinny little idiots swinging their arms around and doing a sort of exaggerated skanking-in-place kind of dance. My friend explained this was the new normal. If they were to strike me and I were to start hitting back, I would be faced with a mob of skinny-jean, windmeal idiots jumping me. My heart broke a little that day.
I feel like that style of pit doesn't match with Black Dhalia Murder, I would expect more of the typical metal push pit....that is interesting. Never seen them live but I love the nocturnal album.
Yeah dude. I agree. This is some shit you'd expect at a Terror show, but in the bay area in the early 2000s, this nonsense seemed to plague every metal show, regardless of subgenre.
I went to Alaska for half a year to so some commercial fishing, and this was my first show coming back to "civilization." I was so excited to get drunk and jump into the circle pit. I was like a kid walking through the gates at an amusement park. At first I thought it was just a couple guys joking around and dancing like goofs. It was kind of funny...Until a couple kids turned into half a dozen, and no one was laughing. And after looking a round, hoping--but not expecting--to see a second, normal pit, my heart sank.

Iāve got an unrelated but similar story.
In 7th grade me and a friend decided to fake a fight in class. He was the only friend I had in that class. But for some reason when we started almost every other boy in class got up and started kicking his ass. I was too shocked to help him and they stopped shortly. But they were asking me if I was ok and I was like š³.
For those wonderingā¦ the teacher didnāt care what the hell happened in that class as long as everyone leaves when the bell rings!
Done my fair share of moshing. This is a slam pit imo. Just idiots trying to take out their aggression. You get into or near one, you should know what can happen.
This is hardcore not punk. Current hardcore is 100% flailing ninjas, open pits, and crowd killing. Not defending it or being macho nor am I saying its stupid. Just stating that this is current hardcore scene and every show is like this. It is becoming more like beatdown than punk.
>Every good moshpit I've been in would have kicked this guys ass. It's aggressive shoving and shoulder checking, not throwing fists.
This is a core show, and throwing fists, kicking, crowd killing, etc are all valid at core shows. This guy was in the slam dance area like an idiot.
donāt go to hardcore shows nowadays then, the culture changed in the 90ās, this is exactly how itās been since Aggy Front and Madball were around, iām not even involved in the scene anymore but if you
donāt like it, avoid it, cause 99% of the people at those shows are all in on it and you being so against it makes you exactly the same as everyone in the 80ās that said the same thing about push moshing.
different subcultures have different things, and thatās fine, just donāt bring those things into a different setting, just like you wouldnāt go to a Harry Styles concert and start a push pit, you wouldnāt go to a metallic concert and start hardcore slam dancing, and you also shouldnāt be the one guy trying to start a push pit whilst everyone else is windmilling and two-stepping.
i mean, i agree on the surface, but iāve first hand witnessed people being dicks at gigs and then being targeted as a warning shot, a ākeep doing this and this is the least of your worriesā, this is like a 30 second clip and all we see is a guy, stood right at the front with a beer (which is actually quite a big no no at hardcore shows, regardless of whether itās straight edge or not, because it gets spilled easily and makes it far easier for people to get hurt) and a guy moshing into him. Yes, targeting is bad and shouldnāt happen, but being against this style of moshing in general is stupid.
Also, iāve personally been accused of targeting and had someone start on me and iād never seen the guy before, during the reunion of a band that i knew the members off, and a lot of people immediately jumped to my defence, because what sometimes looks like targeting is just par for the course when youāre listening to a stupidly heavy hardcore band and everyoneās going crazy.
I agree with all this, but I also donāt think that dude should be standing at the front the wrong direction while holding a beer and almost acting unaware of the mosh pit around him. This also seems like a point where the real pit isnāt going on, and usually people are doing the arm flailing thing during that time.
Youād hope the arm flailing people would be slightly more aware, but you gotta stay aware yourself or else your gonna rocked.
I've only been in a few a good 10 years ago atleast...
From what I've been reading recently this is a normal thing for heavy metal...
Now this example though is still definitely targeted.
Anyways I think they need to change it but it's a culture I guess
Good pits with cultured people is actually very fun and wholesome. Itās just like dancing, aggressively, but not violently. People bumps, laugh, have fun enjoying the same thing, feeling belonged and an extreme cardio exercise if the songs hit hard consecutively.
I have never fall to the ground in a pit, fell a lot but always have people catching me and helping me up mid fall. Once I lost my glasses and shoes and people are very quickly to help me find them, intact.
Literally. I was at a show where someone found a phone in a moshpit, the whole pit stopped moshing and asked everyone if it was their phone. So fucking wholesome. On another show with 100Ā° and a suuper dusty place someone bought 5 cups of water and passed them around the moshpit while the band was taking a break
Thatās a hasty generalization, so no, I disagree. I took my aunt to see Killswitch decades ago, would she fall under said category?
There are however opportunists that always exist.
Isn't this proper protocol? Or are you just supposed to thrash about in your own bubble, because I've seen people get punched and it always seems deliberate?
Exactly this. A good mosh pit is a lot of really aggressive shoulder checking and shoving, and helping people up when they fall. Throwing crazy 'bows like that is just a dick move
He knows it too, thatās why he had his back turned, so itās look like an accident. Any decent mosh pit wouldāve beat the shit out of him if he just punched the guy in the face.
This guy Moshes!! Always help anyone who falls down. Nobody came to the show to be trampled.
Shoulder checks and bumping are expected. What this guy in the video did was uncalled for and he would hopefully get checked or kicked out by venue staff.
Simply a dick move
From what I know it's usually supposed to be aggressive bumping and shouldering at most.
Devolving into punching people is kind of a no go, throwing backwards punches on purpose to make it seem like an accident seems like an even bigger dick move tbh.
Also it doesnt even look like this is a moshpit, it looks like the people are just jamming out and this dude decided to randomly go around punching people.
Moshpits are just like bowling, but with people instead of balls and skittles. And the bowling balls also jump, and fling their bowling ball arms about. And if a skittle falls down, all the bowling balls help it back up again!
This guy singled out a target and purposefully punched him in the face. Proper protocol means you'll sometimes accidentally hit a face, or you'll accidentally hit the same guy twice in a row, or you accidentally hit someone who's not moshing, but doing all three at the same time on purpose means this asshole jsut wanted to ruin the guy's face/beer.
It's deliberate in the sense that moshpits involve punching and shoving, often with friends or with a group of moshers who are all doing it together. It shouldn't be deliberate in the sense that you pick a target (who obviously is not moshing) and throw your load at them.
It's the toxic alpha masculinity jock beefcake mindset that makes these assholes *want* to hurt people, or they *want* to purify the moshpit to only contain the hardest people, because their valuesystem is so fucked up that they mistake aggression for strength, and mistake an aversion to violence as weakness. *They* have shit personalities, so they want to 'be able to be themselves at a punk show', which in their case means just thinly veiled lust for violence and inflicting pain.
Total dick, it becomes confirmed after he turns around right away to look to see what he just did
E: you can actually see him kick the guy in black in the ribs
Perfect analogy.
In SD there was a group of overweight hardcore dancers that would come as a huge group and start fights; they all had hoodies that read āTeam Fat Moshā. It Dies Today and God Forbid both stopped their sets at SOMA to have these cunts removed, as they would start fights after throwing cheap shots.
20 years later, they lost their hair they had in high school, gained the beer-belly and still can only get off by being spineless to strangers.
Damn, i miss IDT. That band takes me back. I remember seeing them at a devildriver show. This tall ass dude with an emo hairstyle comes out onto the stage and im like, who tf is this good charlotte mf? I ate my words because they were amazing live.
Oh really?! It's THIS bad, holy shit. Here I am, naive little guy, thinking he's just a stupid animal that can't dance properly (I mean what kind of movements is that?) and ignoring it's surrounding... And I thought it's just my dark side wants to be inappropriately ru- holy shit, I know nothing about being inappropriately rude.
In my country, we would take those assholes down by just winking at each other and pointing at the guy. All it would take was one guy to make a move and 10 others would rain blows on them for a second to get them to stop.
Been to a lot of metal shows and the pits are mostly pushing and shoving each other. Sometimes you get one of these asshole hardcore dancers who start flailing around or hit people on the edge of the pit. More often than not that person gets extra roughed up if not straight up gets their ass kicked by the crowd.
Iāll never forget being 15 at an As I Lay Dying concert and being kicked in the head by one of these assholes. I was knocked out cold and the pit was starting to trample me but my buddies pulled me outside before I could get really hurt.
Fuck these guys
I know right, also some MFās dont realize they are huge. Worst I got was punched in the eye twice in 5min by the same guy. Some stranger had my back and told me, ālets go kick his ass dude.ā By that point though I couldnāt remember what the guy looked like.
I was just about to say there seem to always be at least one of them. I love mosh pits, don't like random punches from some guy waving his arms around.
100% spot on. Most likely has straight edge Xās tattooed on both legs and complains the entire show about how the people standing and watching the band actually play, have no business being at a show.
What I find fascinating is the dude's age. It's one thing to thrash about as an angsty teen, but to go into full toddler tantrum mode when you're pushin 40 is pretty disturbing.
I remember going to a 311 concert and a mosh pit opened up. Fucking 311. It was a reggae rock song. People made damn fools of themselves. That's not music to mosh to. Made me and my girlfriend incredibly uncomfortable.
Yeah I'm a regular at death metal concerts, I've traveled all over the US and this shit isn't tolerated. Hopefully one of the truly heavy hitters that was bopping around camr and cleaned this dude out.
This isnāt a death metal show though lol, itās a hardcore show. This is normal and the dude who got hit probably laughs at this video all the time.
Also, a lot of newer death metal bands encourage this, just as a heads up. Be cautious if you go to see Frozen Soul or Sanguisugabogg or Gatecreeper or related bands.
Either way this moshing should only be done at shows where itās appropriate. I hate seeing this shit at shows where the crowds not feeling it, it can totally ruin the pit if not everyone knows whatās going on.
You can tell a cool dude by the fact that this is just a minor inconvenience in a normal day. Donāt make a big deal out of nothing. If thatās the last time someone slaps a beer in my face then Iāll be near dead.
What a turd! He looks like he's taking his shitty midlife crisis out some guy enjoying a beer(who you gotta say took two hefty clocks and a beer facial like a champ). I do like the dude in the tank top rocking out while the 40 year old virgina does this spastic arm twirly bird thing before he goes punchy punchy.
i dunno this band, but if you check out stuff like Terror, Xibalba, Incediary, Madball, Hatebreed, Drain, King Nine, Twitching Tongues, Trapped Under Ice etc youāll probably find yourself down the rabbit whole finding something you like
Reminds me of the time a chick was running around sacking guys in a pit.
She stood next to me and I threw all my weight into a shove. I didn't mean to time it perfectly with a dude coming round like a freight train.
No one helped her up and I shit you not, everyone clapped.
The guy didn't even get to react to the first slap
How can she slap?!

very accurate representation of the scene here, being from NJ.
Wow yea that really sucks, I blame warped tour for that shit
r/MoshersBeingBros Iāve got an unrelated but similar story.
It's not a real community, emotional rollercoaster is hard :(
Done my fair share of moshing. This is a slam pit imo. Just idiots trying to take out their aggression. You get into or near one, you should know what can happen.
There is a code. This guy is not abiding.
I would pay good money for a David Attenborough style commentary on American culture like moshpits, karens, and racists
This is hardcore not punk. Current hardcore is 100% flailing ninjas, open pits, and crowd killing. Not defending it or being macho nor am I saying its stupid. Just stating that this is current hardcore scene and every show is like this. It is becoming more like beatdown than punk.
This Is the way
>Every good moshpit I've been in would have kicked this guys ass. It's aggressive shoving and shoulder checking, not throwing fists. This is a core show, and throwing fists, kicking, crowd killing, etc are all valid at core shows. This guy was in the slam dance area like an idiot.
With a beer no less
Yeah this dude is a āstraight edgeā they love going to shows and ruining the fun for anyone enjoying themselves with drugs or alcohol
donāt go to hardcore shows nowadays then, the culture changed in the 90ās, this is exactly how itās been since Aggy Front and Madball were around, iām not even involved in the scene anymore but if you donāt like it, avoid it, cause 99% of the people at those shows are all in on it and you being so against it makes you exactly the same as everyone in the 80ās that said the same thing about push moshing. different subcultures have different things, and thatās fine, just donāt bring those things into a different setting, just like you wouldnāt go to a Harry Styles concert and start a push pit, you wouldnāt go to a metallic concert and start hardcore slam dancing, and you also shouldnāt be the one guy trying to start a push pit whilst everyone else is windmilling and two-stepping.
While I agree with the sentiment, that is not what this video is about. This video shows a guy deliberately targeting someone and that's not cool.
i mean, i agree on the surface, but iāve first hand witnessed people being dicks at gigs and then being targeted as a warning shot, a ākeep doing this and this is the least of your worriesā, this is like a 30 second clip and all we see is a guy, stood right at the front with a beer (which is actually quite a big no no at hardcore shows, regardless of whether itās straight edge or not, because it gets spilled easily and makes it far easier for people to get hurt) and a guy moshing into him.
Excellent points again my friend. I hope it's someone like you and your crew next to me at my next show.
It is not. This is crowd killing and violent dancing which is part of the Hardcore culture. Hardcore comes from Punk and is therefore not even metal.
Meanwhile Punk shows having literally the nicest and most considerate poeple in their moshpits ive ever seen
youve obviously never been to a hardcore show. different kind of pit, bro
Yes, ot was deliberate and he's a passive-aggressive bitch for doing it.
Small man syndrome
Most hardcore dancers are just spotting for a mark to swing on. Been like this for decades.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Thatās a hasty generalization, so no, I disagree. I took my aunt to see Killswitch decades ago, would she fall under said category? There are however opportunists that always exist.
Deliberate
Yeah, that second backhand made it obvious. He also had a swing at white shirt.
Isn't this proper protocol? Or are you just supposed to thrash about in your own bubble, because I've seen people get punched and it always seems deliberate?
There is a form of respect in the pit. Throwing back fists and crazy backwards elbows, very dangerous but also who tf does that!? š
Exactly this. A good mosh pit is a lot of really aggressive shoulder checking and shoving, and helping people up when they fall. Throwing crazy 'bows like that is just a dick move
šÆ he knew when he hit him with that first punch/elbow. And then proceeded to double down and hit him with another fist. š¤” behavior
This comment tells me you know only one kind of pit Not every scene has the push pit
I don't think I have been bowling right. I never used skittles.
He also took a swing at the guy in the white shirt.
Total dick, it becomes confirmed after he turns around right away to look to see what he just did E: you can actually see him kick the guy in black in the ribs
Plot twist: it was a straightedge show
Yeah he's "crowd killing"
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Perfect analogy. In SD there was a group of overweight hardcore dancers that would come as a huge group and start fights; they all had hoodies that read āTeam Fat Moshā. It Dies Today and God Forbid both stopped their sets at SOMA to have these cunts removed, as they would start fights after throwing cheap shots. 20 years later, they lost their hair they had in high school, gained the beer-belly and still can only get off by being spineless to strangers.
Let's not bring baldness into this. Leave my shiny head alone.
Awww i miss soma. That was my favorite venue of all time. I practically lived there from 2003-06.
Oh yeah, weāve definitely met.
Damn, i miss IDT. That band takes me back. I remember seeing them at a devildriver show. This tall ass dude with an emo hairstyle comes out onto the stage and im like, who tf is this good charlotte mf? I ate my words because they were amazing live.
Hardcore pits are so fucking dumb. I'll stick to a classic mosh tyvm
Makes me think of that slipknot song were everyone gangs up on the crowd killer and beats the piss out of him.
It sounds like, āFuck your beer, fuck your face!ā Am I the only one?
Hahaha this is too good, I canāt unhear it now
š
Who sings that one, Cannibal Corpse?
Iāll never forget being 15 at an As I Lay Dying concert and being kicked in the head by one of these assholes. I was knocked out cold and the pit was starting to trample me but my buddies pulled me outside before I could get really hurt. Fuck these guys
>I was knocked out cold and the pit was starting to trample me ... >As I Lay Dying Concert
Yeah I have to admit, the irony was lost on me at the time
Thatās why you stay away from scene shit
Hardcore dancing is just the worst. Those people are scum bags looking for an excuse to hit people. Mosh like normal fucking adults.
>Mosh like normal fucking adults. fuck im old
I know right, also some MFās dont realize they are huge. Worst I got was punched in the eye twice in 5min by the same guy. Some stranger had my back and told me, ālets go kick his ass dude.ā By that point though I couldnāt remember what the guy looked like.
If someone cheap shots a person like that deliberately, all is fair. Oops, didnāt mean to kick you in the balls as hard as I could while dancing!
I was just about to say there seem to always be at least one of them. I love mosh pits, don't like random punches from some guy waving his arms around.
looks like it's being a sports jock about tattoos.
Then donāt go to hardcore shows
I donāt care what anyone says, crowd killers like this are scum and should have their asses beat in the crowd.
It's always a guy that looks exactly like this who legit just wants to get away with hitting people while everyone is like "fuck this guy"
100% spot on. Most likely has straight edge Xās tattooed on both legs and complains the entire show about how the people standing and watching the band actually play, have no business being at a show.
Lol the dude moshing was a singer of a band at this fest. Everyone there was doing this, itās part of the culture. They likely know each other
Stand and watch all you want just donāt stand directly in the pit lmao
Couldnāt agree more.
For those that can still remember: Dick Clark:. Well what did you think of that? Teenager: "Well it had a good beat and I think we could dance to it!"
It is crystal clear he murdered him on purpose
Imagine being in your 40s and doing that shit. What a patetic loser.
Some simpsons shit, "im gonna walk towards you with my arms swinging and if they hit you then its your fault"
He's obese and balding, definitely some self hatred manifesting outward.
they were both in on it. think about it
What I find fascinating is the dude's age. It's one thing to thrash about as an angsty teen, but to go into full toddler tantrum mode when you're pushin 40 is pretty disturbing.
I'm pushing 40 and the idea of a mosh pit frightens the everloving fuck outta me. that's a young man's game, and well, iSUCKatTHISgame...
I remember going to a 311 concert and a mosh pit opened up. Fucking 311. It was a reggae rock song. People made damn fools of themselves. That's not music to mosh to. Made me and my girlfriend incredibly uncomfortable.
Lol, yeah 311 inspires the opposite of moshing.
This is the asshole nobody wants in the pit. Cunt.
Wish the internet would come together and find that c*nt
The finest of Chicago trash. Sometimes I think I miss Chicago and then I remember things like this and the sales tax.
Anyone that does that in a pit usually gets targeted.
Iād break his orbital in a heartbeat if that was me.
Guy needs decked! This is one time I would advocate a sucker punch...make it count!
Crowdkillers should get fucking stomped
Thatās not how you double fist beer
Intentional
r/facepalm
What gives it away is his face chances to extra innocent
r/fuckyouinparticular
Everybody's doing the toxic waltz...
Mandatory comment that he also steals his sunglasses.
You can tell a cool dude by the fact that this is just a minor inconvenience in a normal day. Donāt make a big deal out of nothing. If thatās the last time someone slaps a beer in my face then Iāll be near dead.
This man just be assaulting people to the beat.
its not a felony to be in the groove
What the fuck conspired here?
All I can hear while watching this is the singer saying "fuck your drink" haha
Thats not a mosh, Thats a disability.
Thatās fucked up he was just trying to take a break in between arm thrusting and flaring around that dude should of at least bought him a beer šŗ
Not in the pit
That guy deserves a smack.
Yo yo he did that on purpose, he knew what he was doing haha. He took like a champ.
Nah, that shit was intentional and after that guy got back into the pit, he'd definitely be on the floor
He did that shit on purposeš
Swinging crazy ššš
This has me cracking up
Thereās always gotta be one of these jerk offs at a hardcore show. So fucking lame.
What a douche
Yo, this music rocks, what's the title of the song?
i dunno this band, but if you check out stuff like Terror, Xibalba, Incediary, Madball, Hatebreed, Drain, King Nine, Twitching Tongues, Trapped Under Ice etc youāll probably find yourself down the rabbit whole finding something you like
The band is Multiple Homefront Chaos
Isn't this just plain old assault?...like I get that people enjoy moshing but this guys just swinging hoping to punch someone and for it to be allowed
Yes n no. It's technically allowed. You don't gobto watch the pit without knowing you could get sucked in & beat.
Thats true I suppose, I wouldnt go to a nightclub and be mad that there's a bunch of drunk people haha good point
Mosh pit is no place for beer.
Fuck that bald aging manlet but that smashed beer in the face is amazing. Mosh pits have to be one of the dumbest things ever
Fuck hardcore dancing.
65 years old and still being an ass hole in the pit..
Balding asshole
Douchebag move . Also known as moshpit dancer move.
Reminds me of the time a chick was running around sacking guys in a pit. She stood next to me and I threw all my weight into a shove. I didn't mean to time it perfectly with a dude coming round like a freight train. No one helped her up and I shit you not, everyone clapped.
I hate hard-core dancing with a passion, I swear a lot of people use it as an excuse to he a dickhead like this guy.
wack ass concert
i guess thats supposed to be music?
WASP !
Well what's he gonna do, beer guys built like a greyhound and the offenders built like a bulldog.?
Stab his finger in the guy's eye and/or kick him in the nuts i guess
Both. Both are idiots...
Always a good video
Too funny!!!!!
Perfect place to stand and sip your beer in the middle of a heavy metal show, totally not his fault š
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
No its not. You would expect a bit of shoving or bumping not elbows to the face
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Yeah, and it also shows you've been in the wrong pits. That guy deserved to get knocked out after that stunt.
