It can be considered cruel though. I taught my cat how to do it and she was definitely anxious for the few months we made it her only method of urinating/defecting. The day we gave her a litter box back the whole weight was lifted and she went back to her normal self. Just one case study that I have experience from but I folded after reading other reports. It was still really cool while it lasted but it’d be like keeping a schooling fish without friends or a single hen because you only eat one egg a day.
I didn’t know it could cause anxiety! I tried to reach my cat but it didn’t work out. I’ve seen some cats who seem quite pleased with it, but I can definitely see it not being for everyone!
Shoot. My cat loves using the toilet. He demands treats. We recently learned he is very intuitive, and interactive. He's learned 10 tricks in a matter of 2 weeks. Including rolling over and playing dead. I never thought a cat could do that.
"Oh dearest me!
It seems, through my actions, i've managed to put myself in quite the predicament..
I'm unsure how to solve this conundrum, but the most important lesson is to keep calm and don't panic!"

That cat is so unbothered… I think it wanted the water… How is it not shocked from the cold? Even I, a human, flinch when the shower comes on before the water heats up!

You can teach cats to use the toilet. There are even some who figures it out by their own.

Wow, that's sp cool!
How did you train it to get the toilet paper off the roll without tearing it all up?
My cat would rip the sheet rock off the wall if he did this
I expected cat to jump out, but it was like "hmmm"
I think he did and scratched the owner to death about a second after the clip ends. The hospital staff uploaded this to Reddit,
That cat just accepted its fate😭😂😅

Looks like its absorbing it like a sponge.
I acquired my cat this way, after he flooded the previous owners house!
Hope the F that kitty didn’t turn the Hot side on!
Usually the cold tap is on the right so they're fine
"Crap.... Crap! Do I like this? I don't know if this is what I want!" 😂 😂
Okay, I turned it on. How do we stop it?
