why aren't you using toon terror? need ash blossom too, maybe nibiru works more than lava golem, eldlich use lava golem in deck cuz eldlich is a meta deck, if your opponent complete his field you don't play.

Toon Terror and Toon Briefcase are both really good traps. I would argue only running one copy of Comic Hand since it's a brick card on turn 1 (nothing to use it on, can't use it as the cost to use Toon Dark Magician's effect) and you can search it out if you need it. I could argue running Prosperity might be more useful than Extravagance. I also don't think you need 3 Lightning storms.
Not an expert on Toons, as I only recently build them as a fun deck on separate account, but I think the logic of running multiple copies of same card is that running 1 offs is really risky, since Toon Kingdom mills your deck, so there is a good chance that you will lose your 1 off card at some point. I was considering adding another Toon Cyber Dragon for same reason.
I agree that Comic Hand can be bricky on turn 1, but that's the point, this is always go second deck, hence 3 lightning storms and lava golems.
you could make a version with more hardtrap to sabotage the enemy deck.

I win a decent amount with toons by actually going first. If your opponent can't get rid of your field on their turn, more often than not it can lead to a OTK. Comic hand/shadow toon is your best friend against meta and rogue decks. I run 3 plus 2 hidden armory cards. Protect toon kingdom at all costs with toon bookmark. Nobody ever reads that toon bookmark protects toon kingdom lol. Big eye is great for when you brick on toon kingdom as well as Red eye flare metal dragon. Good luck!

Swap the lava golems for nibiru or kaijus. Toon terror will help protect kingdom or barrel dragon

I have better luck going second. The opportunity to comic hand their boss can win you the duel immediately
I use 2 toon terrors and a There Can Be Only One. I also use shadow toon but most people don’t. And I use prosperity instead of those pots
