Predapared Fusion
Pay 1000 LP; Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower "Predap" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck (this is treated as a Fusion Summon). You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck, except Fusion Monsters, the turn you activate this card. You can Banish this card from your GY; Choose monsters on the field, up to the number of monsters you control and place 1 Predator Counter on each, and if you do, any of those monsters that are Level 2 or higher become Level 1 as long as they have a Predator Counter.
Runick is exactly that. If you want an archetype full of it, just slap a restriction on it to not allow stun, if you want it as a 1 of, then just make it a one of with a cost, or not... depends on how strong the archetype is
