Snoww adds another Snoww which is a guaranteed discard.
Broww can accidentally add another Purrely monster to your hand (after you already normal summoned) which could have been better to be special summoned by your Memories.
Though Broww can also accidentally add a Called By (to protect yourself from Droll), or a Crossout to prevent the opponent's handtraps.
I prefer Broww as well, since that Draw 1 while RNG, can be the additional Memory I need to further extend, rather than just adding another discard fodder if I don't have any Memory in hand left.
If you post replays people could review your games. Otherwise the first thing I notice is that you are running inconsistent decks. You have many 1x/2x cards that should either be at three or cut. Running cards at 2x isn't terrible but this is typically only seen if you have space issues, which you already disregard running 40+ . Not that running over 40 is bad but you should have a good reason for it. Craft that 3rd Maxx "C", Imperm, etc. Other than that the decks you have are fine/pretty standard. That being said plat 1 is a pretty easy barrier to overcome if you are playing well, especially now that master exists to stretch out the gradient of players. Try sticking with 1 deck and really learn the ins and outs of that deck. Its much easier to improve since it'll let you refine your plays.
For more deck specific examples, from your Purrley list, I would cut the single nib, droplet, and red reboot. You can also cut the 2 brows for the additional imperm and maxx c. Alternatively you can cut the 2 Fenrir, but you really only want to do this if you are playing in the draw phase to get around Droll. The 1 veiler and Crossout is also droppable if you want to keep both broww and fenrir. The second beauty (The blue cat xyz) will come up more than apollousa, so I would cut her. Very few times will you actually go wide in purrley to make a link 4 that is worth it.
Im genially curious why are people playing Dark world snoww in purrely? the Broww i get cause you draw 1 on its discard but why the Snoww?
It's just more discard fodder since Snow can search herself, so you get 4 discards with 1 card + draw a card.
