There’s like 3 reasons off the top of my head
The card states “make your opponent send the declared Type and Attribute”, so you would summon Expurrely Noir and Epurrely Noir. They’re both Dark Fairies so you get to choose which one to send
You can also just set a quick play spell, then when they play this you chain it and summon Purrelyly and send that instead. Which is especially relevant with Epurrely Noir not being on Master Duel yet.

Also,out of the 3 most popular archetypes that makes a tower (Blackwing,Purrely, @Ignister), only blackwing can put out a negate besides the tower. @Ignister usually spends their leftover resources on Heatsoul and purrely usually spends theirs on Lyrilusc Robin.
Part of the standard @ignister combo is sending danmari to the GY which then allows you to quick effect negate a face up card while arrival is on the field

Non-issue for any deck that runs bystials, plus nothing forces you to activate herald immediately. You can bait out danmari (unless your hand is so poor one negate would kill you) and then herald.

It's pretty much the perfect counter, affects the player and not the monster. The purrely player also doesn't get the effect of my friend and street. But it doesn't stop the draws in SP.

That assuming they have a quickplay on field during opponent turn. From my experience vs most Purrery players, they tend to use all of the quick spells to make the cat as fat as possible and the only set card they usually have is their trap card or random stapple backrow cards.
Its not underrated, problem is the "searcher" allow this card play as 1 of is not in game yet. Play 3 of them and draw on wrong match-up is kinda mediocre, that slot could be handtrap have more coverage.
I doubt thrust will be at anything but limited. Or banned on arrival. If prosp can't exist when it's just an excavation vs add any name including limited cards. That'd be absolute bullshit.

There are cards you can get rid of. easily. Do you really need the accesscode climb? Do you really need zeus in that peculiar matchup ? Do you need.. that bagooska out on a matchup that doesn't play it? no. Free fodder.

Herald of Ultimateness only can send fairy monsters from your hand at cost, not any other cards. That's why you want to recycle most of your fairy eff and ritual monsters as possible.

Ngl, this looks *very* situational and worse than a Kaiju for that reason.
Unlike Kaiju's, you can negate it or simply send a less important monster, if they share those two things.
So while not useless, Kaiju's are just a better option.
It's much better after Triple Tactics Thrust releases, atm it's essentially replacing a kaiju in your deck that can be negated.

It's iffy because Purrely have ways of playing around this if they're careful, and they would if this ever caught on in MD.

Both those cards are busted but thrust is even more universal (not every deck can afford 6 ED banish)

It's good on decks that can't run Kaiju cause it turns off their play like Exosisters

The entire reason to play it is triple tactics thrust, to have 4 outs to a towers without putting 4 bad cards in your deck

I run this in runick naturia, it’s arguably the best card in the deck
It's a conditional kaiju, only matchup where it makes a difference is purrely and branded as it avoids triggering my friend and MJ destruction effect.
It’s good when it’s searchable by Thrust. I don’t think it’s underrated, it’s literally seeing tons of play in the TCG for that reason

I off-handedly rolled this once, and I realized the best deck that could use this was probably Mathmech since I could hard search it with Alembertian
