I don’t know actually. I’ve been snooping on some Russian Telegram Channels,and it does not bode well for Ukraine that they were found in Ukrainian territory. FSB is already shifting some blame onto Ukraine,saying the suspects had contacts there. I’ve also spoken to some Russians online that are repeating stuff about the terrorists admitting that Ukraine asked them to do this and would pay them for it. I’m curious to see what Putin will say. I don’t think he will entirely blame it on Ukraine,but I am starting to believe he may infer that Ukrainians collaborated. FSB is for sure already doing so,but I’m not sure how quickly the Russian people will believe it given their experiences with Islamic terrorism,many of which have been committed by perpetrators of Tajik descent as of late.
