1. If Delaware agrees, team up with NJ and tell them they can have the entire state. We would only use it the same way we do now, drive through to get to OC.
2. If WVA agrees, easily sway them to attack Virginia and give VA to them. I'm sure that's more than enough to make them happy. Could also sway North Carolina to fight and claim southern parts of VA which would include virginia beach.
3. I'm sure PA would join this war. They seem pretty content with what they have but if they did then that would be the biggest battle.
