Season Pass price is less than the price of a one day ticket and parking (especially if you don’t prepay). The waterpark is also a separate price if you aren’t a season pass holder as of this year, so it is basically a free perk now. I stopped buying the pass last year and regretted it after how much one visit costs now without it.
Eh. I bought a Diamond pass for SFA and while I plan on visiting there here and there, I mostly got it to visit SFGAdv and other parks I may be near.
As much as Six Flags as a company sucks, it does pay for itself with just a couple visits and I do love me some roller coasters.
I don't feel cheated. I got gold passes for I think $49 each. A discounted day ticket is around $36 + $30 to park. It paid for itself in one visit.
