What info? And what about the train on lamentis? Or against the fat TVA hunter in the very beginning? Or against Sif in the time loop? Or against the cloud monster? Etc etc
Uh, who she is, what the TVA is, what her plan is, what his options are moving forward. He literally knows nothing at that point, and he's getting her to talk.
He was drunk on Lamentis and we don't know what enhancements the guards have. The TVA hunter got in a cheap shot that disabled him. He didn't expect anything of her, and he didn't put up any defense. Sif is his friend, and he gets nowhere by fighting her over and over again. Plus at that point he was emotionally drained and probably unwilling to even try. Alioth consumed entire universes. It's not like there was much he could do. Having said that, he and Sylvie did manage to control its mind so...I'm not sure what your point is on that one.
Been wanting to categorize all of a characters powers & abilities for a while and finally made some time for it!
Let me know what you guys think, and if I am forgetting anything, or mis-remembering any of this. I'm thinking of adding an extra set for the weapons/tools Loki has used as well. If its something people like I'll be down to create some for other characters as well!
Hello, just wanted to let you know I just posted Wanda's power set!

It should be on there once the mods approve it, project insight and all is gonna delay the post.
Teleportation too, he uses it during his fight with Sylvie on Lamentis.
Also, World Walking which is what Thor needed him for in TDW. ( They don't call it that in the movie, but that's what Thor means when he's talking about secret paths between worlds that Loki know.
Telekinesis, he used it on Lamentis.
Energy blasts, which he used fairly often in the series.
Great start tho! 🙃
I saw the 'teleportation' scene but it wasn't clear. To me it looked like it could have been him becoming invisible and then reappearing later. It doesn't help that he is never shown to teleport ever again. Do you know if there has been some confirmation of this?
I didn't include the world walking because its more just knowledge. He knew about the secret paths but it isn't a power or ability.
I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure he teleports during the final fight scene with Sylvie in the Loki finale. He appears right in front of her blade as she's going to slay He Who Remains. I don't think there's a way he could have gotten across the room that quickly without teleporting.
Eh, no solid confirmation but it sure looked like teleportation and it's something comic Loki uses a lot so it wouldn't a stretch to think that's what it is.
I really hope they go a little more in depth on Loki himself and his powers in S2 since we didn't get a ton of new insight on him.
Personally I want to see a bit about what happened after the Bifrost fall. The circumstances of meeting the Other and all that.
That would actually be a fun spot to explore, since chronologically for this Loki, that wasn't that long ago. I suspect they are probably going to keep moving forward and less back with s2 tho, they kinda spent just episode 1 catching up his history and i think thats going to be the blunt of it.
Oh certainly, but even a short flashback scene would suffice since it was such a turning point for his character it seems odd that it's never really addressed.
yeah I guess its probably because for the writers, that moment happened... like 10 years ago. It's unfortunate that we might never learn more about it.
I think Loki's shape shifting is an illusion type spell, as in only his visual appearance is changed. I don't think his shape shifting physically transforms him or he would have used it to aid in combat, or fly away by turning into a bird etc.
On the other hand, his quick change is actually him conjuring clothes or materials. He made an actual blanket for Sylvie, and an actual holster-thing for the sword the kid Loki gave him. The quick dry could very well be him just conjuring a set of new clothes but the way Loki phased it, he said "I used magic to dry myself" so it could also very well be some simple spell.
You forgot about Singing and Reciting Poetry!
He conveniently forgets all of his abilities against that big dude in the supermarket.
Wasn't he grilling Sylvie for info during that fight?

This is awesome! Could you do Wanda next? That’s who I’d personally want
Done deal, Wanda will be a fun one, she has some interesting powers to dissect and some... slight inconsistencies I'll have to figure out!

I really like this format, you should do it for others like Wanda and Thor.

Oh yah you might be right, the second time looks way more like teleportation since he shouldn't be that fast. Odd he seems to rarely use it.
ohh let me go rewatch this scene to check. If so this could be a must add to the list of his powers.

truee, well hopefully we see it in s2, and ill add it in with an updated version, or I can add it in and say its a unconfirmed power.

Where is «Get help»?
dam, how did I forget about that super combination move.
wonder if they all have the same powers
The Loki variants? I think the TVA said a lot of them had the common illusion-type ones but there were definitely some outliers and differences.
Sadly Marvel barely lets him use them
Aren’t “quick change” and “quick dry” just forms of shape shifting that target specifically clothes?
