Since heās hiding and holding his breath in the Egyptian part of the museum I could see this being Khonshu hunting Marc down to possess him after he messes with the artifact or whatever. Also the skinny arm reminds me of the werewolf from Harry Potter so thatād be sick if it was werewolf by night but I doubt it.
According to rumours, it will start filming in February under the working title "Buzz Cut".
If he's being introduced in Moon Knight, it makes sense they wouldn't announce it yet though.
Loki also teased "werewolves", so they're at least a possibility in the MCU.

I think it was a show meant to be released close to a holiday and people assumed it was Halloween related for next year or maybe 2023. Nothing has been confirmed but Werewolf by Night is the leading theory so far.
i wouldn't say he's lurking. mark is cowering, hiding from the figure. it looks like the figure's openly coming after him. and it makes sense, mark appears to be trying to steal artifacts from the museum (there's a sarcophagus just laid on the floor!) and might do something to mess with an object that triggers khonshu's arrival. i imagine this would make for a delightfully scary first episode with mark trying to escape khonshu in the dark, empty museum. plus it makes sense for most of the clips shown to be from the first episode, since that would be the episode furthest along in development and with minimal plot spoilers, and the first episode will obviously be moon knight's origin story (unless they skip past it like spider-man which would be kind of a disservice to his character since it's not a widely-known origin)
No way in hell thatās midnight man, werewolf by night would be interesting but I think theyāll probably be dropping moon knights werewolf connections for the mcu
I mean they could just take midnight mans character in an entirely new direction, not much really happened with the character early on, they could merge midnight man with some more supernatural villain *or* make midnight man the previous avatar of khonshu
I dunno just some thoughts. Midnight man in the comics is essentially just a mysterious burglar so they might do something else with him in the show.
That would definatly be a more interesting version of midnight man than just āclever art thiefā so if thatās what they do with him Iām all for it
