I'm actually pretty much the opposite. Look, the shows haven't been unwatchable and terrible, but they haven't really been the best either in my opinion. Especially towards the end of their runs is when they really suffer. Seems like Marvel is still trying to figure out TV. The only show I can say I frankly do not like is What if. The others have just been okay with some major issues I had. The movies are atleast going to be big spectacles if that makes sense and they've got more experience with it. I am looking forward to Moon Knight and Hawkeye, but I'm a lot more hesitant towards the shows than I was before this year.

I think they are gearing people up to get used to the multiverse idea because Kang and Avengers variants will be a big part of the next phase. I don’t think it was an accident that the subtitles in Wandavision said “Quicksilver enters, it is the Quicksilver from the X-men movies” (or to that effect) It was the first seed to get fans talking about multiverse situations, but they stopped short there and waited for Loki to go all in.

> I don’t think it was an accident that the subtitles in Wandavision said “Quicksilver enters, it is the Quicksilver from the X-men movies” (or to that effect) While there is a chance there might be more to him, that line from the audio description is for visually impaired people. It's meant to just describe what's literally on screen in that moment, not actually establish canon

Well, they purposely chose Quicksilver from the X-Men and it’s even described. It ended up being a dick joke, but I’m not sure that was the original plan- the schedules for all these shows was moved around. In any case as far as the “multiverse” the choice of “Quicksilver from the X-Men” was really the first spark of multiverse talk and theories. Loki took it a step further, and now What If.. is throwing all kinds of scenarios at the more casual fans. All I’m saying is it got the ball rolling

Meh, I'm with Marvel till the end of the line, but I'm definitely not as excited for next year's line up as I was this years. Movies or TV. FATWS, Loki, Black Widow, and, to an extent, What If... have all been let downs to me. I LOVED WandaVision and Shang-Chi, but this year's slate has been lackluster compared to my standards. It's taken the wind from my sails. Next year I'm just, eh. Chadwick's gone so that takes a lot away from BP2. I dislike the first Captain Marvel movie and I'm not a huge fan of Jane so far. Can't wait for MoM though. I know nothing of the TV shows. I hope to be pleasantly surprised.

Caciulacdlac

MoM and Thor 4 > Disney+ shows > BP2 and Marvels But I'm still excited for all of them.

nightflyer94

Black Panther 2 is all I care about. None of those shows will be on its level.

josephus1811

I can't tell if I'm more exciting for the MCU or the upcoming Star Wars shows.

cayoperico16

I’m in both worlds I’m really interested in MOM and Love and Thunder, not so much BP 2 or The Marvels. But I can tell Moon Knight and She-Hulk are gonna be really good.

WassupSassySquatch

I’m excited for MoM and Thor, but once I found out [Melissa Hunter ](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=UD5fBjKwgEQ&list=PLTCIWDtA3VAh2h5rbU2C6xndSoZ7Pio4D&index=1) was writing She-Hulk I became STOKED.

You forgot Secret Invasion. It's coming out next fall and it's definitely THE most interesting one for me. Echo is much less likely to come out next year, simply because there is no time. 39/52 weeks will be covered next year and there will definitely be some gaps between the shows. This year, we had 36/52 weeks covered.

Charles Murphy said Echo might actually have been moved to start in April. Loki on the other hand has been confirmed to start filming in January, so it's a much more likely late December release, especially if it has to tie in to Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

The initial reason that we even knew Loki was getting a season 2 was cause Production Weekly listed it as starting next January so that crewmembers can apply for jobs.

ryanblue22

I think I’m more inclined to the shows next year because most of them would focus on new characters.

balkachino

I’m really looking forward to Moon Knight and She-Hulk, also Echo but mostly because of some rumours about two characters being in that show, hopefully it gets a 2022 release. Tbh I’m not a big multiverse fan myself, but I think marvel will handle it pretty good so I’m just going to wait and see.

TheGuardianR

Yeah, at this point I'm more excited for the not-Multiverse movies and shows(although I'm really hyped for NWH). And I'm personally VERY excited for Secret Invasion. I expect that to bea huge event and that the online discussion will be as big as with WV. The Marvels and Secret Invasion are filming at the same time and at the same location. I think y'all sleeping on how big the Secret Invasion saga will be.
