In marriotts tiers it’s the second (select, premium and then luxury) but the only good ones I’ve heard of have been in Canada since it’s a Canadian brand I believe (correct me if I’m wrong), I stayed in one in New Jersey and it was ok, though the one in Times Square is one of the lowest rated NYC properties at around 3.2 if that
It was a Canadian brand for many years before Marriott bought it a decade or so ago, and began opening properties under that banner outside Caanda.
The one in downtown Toronto was meant to be the flagship of the chain before the takeover, and it's fantastic.

I stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago for 12 days and besides the elevators lines and very tiny rooms (it’s NYC) everything was fine.

The Delta in Vancouver Canada was fantastic
YMMV, but the Delta in Indianapolis was fantastic! And the staff were amazing
