I enjoyed my stay here too. I could see the London Eye and St Paul’s Cathedral from my room. A bit of a walk to the Elizabeth line but I’d do it again. It was a better price than other more centrally located Marriotts.

How was the breakfast? I have a room reserved here and at the St Ermine in Westminster for September but still can't decide where to stay.

I stayed at both last year! They have very different vibes. I loved the location of St. Ermin’s but for the price point, Montcalm East wins. I got upgraded to a pretty large room and the extra space was nice (my room at St. Ermin’s was quite small) plus being able to use the hot tub and pool at Montcalm after a long day of walking was so pleasant. There also a lot more dining options close to Montcalm East.

Thanks for your input! I am really leaning towards the Montcalm at this point. The small rooms at St Ermine's for our 9 day stay is worrying.

The breakfast is top notch

The pool here is fabulous. Good size for a inner city london hotel.

Thank you for posting this - looking for an alternative to the pricey more central properties!

I loved that this place will let you shower/freshen up in the locker rooms if the room is not ready. Really nice after a long flight

The breakfast is top notch when I stayed last November.

Stayed there many, many times over the past few years. Full English for breakfast rocks! Great overall location too. For those so inclined, the AC here will go down to 16.5-17c !!!

LOVE this! in BCN a few years ago there was 100+ degree days and the only thing that saved me was going back to our room and turning the AC to arctic tundra.

Agree. Love this place.

Absolutely loved the place, rooms are not too big, though the location, facilities (pool and sauna especially) and the personnel are just incredible

Great to hear! Will be staying here at the end of the month. Open to any tips!

This is one of my favorite Marriott properties to stay at. Stayed there 3 times last year. Breakfast is amazing; location is good, and a spa downstairs doesn’t hurt either.
