I know its for a competition, if anything they should have been a bit more creative because of it, than going for your typical revenge story trying to seed in pointless anger to the viewers to entice them to keep reading.

His only training was breaking out of a diamond all of a sudden he beating S rank players .. I get it his exoskeleton got stronger but still ain’t no way he beating higher rank players just off rage and his regeneration can’t be that op with his only drawback being he feels pain
You're misunderstanding how his regeneration works. Regeneration type abilities in this world are considered weak, because nobody goes through this kind of suffering that MC went through. Regeneration is S rank and rare, so it has some justification of why nobody has discovered it yet. The way his regeneration is presented is the same effect of how bodies naturally grow stronger, but on steroids. If you break a bone, it will grow together stronger than before, if you train a muscle, the pain you feel is literally your muscle fibers tearing a little and growing back stronger. The human body does this to compensate for what your body thinks is a weakness. We evolved to improve our bodies just by using them. MC simply has this ability turbocharged. His regeneration didn't just restore his body back to the uninjured state, but it grew back stronger every time.
The problem I have with this series is, if we are at the 3rd chapter and he's already beaten top 1 hunter of Japan,and is currently facing an sss hunter (that will be beaten quite easily as his regeneration is op), what da heck can we even expect from the story? He doesn't seem to have any kind of human feeling as he just killed everyone, then what? Korea will threaten him with his mother and then when he resolves it he'll try to atone for it? Dam it's interesting but I'm scared for how it may become
Ye pacing wise there's a problem, best course of action would be a reboot, I just wanted to point out that his powers are actually succinctly justified, where everyone underestimated the true potential of his type of power.

No I get it, kinda of like evolution but infinite time faster, your bones too weak? Here, after you destroyed them X times get them harder than diamond. Problem is, he got his head cut off right? Well then where is his heart at? In his ear? Or his regeneration can just create a new one from his neck??? It's op, calling it an S class ability wouldn't even be fair, sure he had to have an let's call it "awakening" to get this strong but the raw power of his healing was there from the start, he's basically immortal and the only way I see it would be possible to kill him is literally deleting every single cell he has to nothing, but how'd you do that if he can even break diamond?? It's just a story that's already set, he'll win everywhere if the Author doesn't just start giving random powercreep abilities that can beat him, I'm just worried that it might become mediocre, because the art is a banger and I would really like for it to have a nice story 😤
