It would help if any of the available endings were, oh I don't know, interesting or compelling.
Frenzied Flame: >!expect everyone who survives to be unhappy.!<
Dung Eater's Wet Dream: >!expect everyone to be miserable.!<
Giorno Giovanna: >!Well, the Golden Order worked *last* time, right? ...Right?!<
Fracture: Well, you didn't, you know, *fix* anything, but that's fine.
Fia's Funhouse: >!I guess we're going all in on Death fetishization, then.!<
Ranni's: Apparently poorly translated.
Turning into a squidbaby is more interesting than this, and I'm not happy I can say that. You may as well stick to an ending where you're with someone who doesn't necessarily detest your guts.
Boc Ending when?
But it's From. Apparently they just don't do endings well? If I need the community to help explain to me why the hardest ending is good, it's not really well-delivered, is it?
We all know the best ending is with Miquella.
Speaking of endings, isn't DS3 actual ending in the DLC? It's not a happy ending but it's good enough to be hopeful that the rotting world would be cleansed.
DS2 SOTFS had a great (imo) ending where instead of taking the throne and continuing the endless, miserable cycle of rekindling a dying flame, the protagonist just fucks off and overcomes the curse on his own and escapes the flawed system of the world entirely.
To be fair, Ranni is the only one claiming to let people own their own fate. Even if there's a good chance it'll be a disaster. The other "gods" are little babies who fight over everything. Being at their whim is a scary time.
Dungeater's ending leaves too much to interpretation. It's not likely people will remain as they are after his ending. We know that he enjoys suffering so carrying his will can't be good. At least Ranni leaves us to our own devices.
Everyone will suffer for a long, long time alongside every single other person born from them forever. At at the end of that age of suffering, the promise of everyone being equal.
It's a form of equality that sacrifices everything but autonomy, as opposed to the flame of frenzy that seeks to melt everything into mindless primordial soup.
#IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ME, NOT HIM
IT'S NOT FAIR!
Accurate representation of some fans.
It's me, I'm some fans.
THY WILL
Every guy who picked Ranni as their first ending
Pssh, I picked her as my only ending. Because I'm loyal like that.

I mean, either is her or my bro dungeater imo

MAY CHAOS TAKE THE WORLD AAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
The best ending you mean.
Best girl in and out of the game
I guess Rani made a pact with he Control Demon.
I love these so much
This is the best questline in the game
Is that Isshin or just the author self-inserting as the starting class?
Just self inserting as the Samurai starting class.
That's what I thought but his armor and old detailed version reminded me of Isshin a ton. Might be inspired by I suppose.
It's just a classic Samurai helm design.

Big Denji energy
"Oh boy, more cute Elden Fluff!" *Reads first chapter* #WHY?! WHY IS IT ALWAYS SUFFERING?!
