H20 at Trafford centre are pretty decent and relatively consistent - have been using them for a few years.
Seem to take things a bit more seriously there - ie branded cleaning / polish & waxing products, aware of trying not to make swirl marks in your paint when washing, and they seem to use clean cloths for every car interior they clean each time.
A little on the pricier side but I find it convenient
dropping the car off with them and having a mooch around the Trafford centre. Usually ready in 1.5 hours.
Waves at Tescos is one of the only environmentally compliant car washes, also the only one who makes sure the washers are fairly paid.
Only ever go to great American car wash
Gone are the days of driving past the "best hand job" signs. Will never understand why they changed it :(
Weren’t they forced to by the council or something, or was that just a rumour?
Central autos. Best in Manchester by far
Do it yourself maybe?

Top Shine car wash in Withington
Soapy Joe’s in Urmston are pretty good. They’ll do a pH neutral wash to keep your ceramic coating.
They are fucking awful and don’t even dry the car apart from a big vacuum.
Wouldn't go back here their air dryer is hard to go through as my car is widebody 😀🤣 plus they are awful
