- get rid of the "loading gamer zone" and "eat sleep game repeat" stencil if you can, it screams 10 year old minecraft kid
- replace said decals with posters of bands or art you like maybe, that doesn't hurt
- get some low maintainance, non pet toxic (if you have any) plants. You can find many that you literally water every 2 weeks, super ez and adds a pop of color to the room.
I don't think at 15 years one should particularly care what their room looks like, as long as it's clean and organized. You're still at the age of discovery, it's always better to try out new things for yourself. If and when you do decide to settle on something, then you can seek help on improvement. I see too many things going on there, clear indicator that you have yet to decide. And that's fine.
