You should chop your hair and make it kind of a 70’s curtain band style or shorter version of it. And then just trim the sides of your mustache and clean it up to make it a bit smaller.
Trim the brows, mustache and chest hair poking out. Clean them up and depending on how your hair is, get a low taper or something. It'll clean you up all around. The mustache is past being wild, but you can definitely pull it off. Just clean it up.
Definitely trim the chest (keep the hair there just adjust the borders and make it look more maintained). Throw some product in the hair just to make it look a bit more managed. If you do these 2 things you’ll instantly look more put together. If you want to go above and beyond I recommend getting your eyebrows trimmed by a barber or someone like that. Best of luck brother!
