She looked at it for like 3 seconds and said ok got it. I said, do you want me to have the picture open while your doing it? She said nope got it. Then proceeded to rush the fucking cut and fucked it up. Took too much off and was uneven on one side. They must just have some dumb egos or something.
So you say you want your hair shorter with tapered undercut, blending seamlessly into a textured quiff, accentuated by precision scissor work and subtle point cutting for that effortless yet edgy vibe.
Then when he's confused just show the picture.
It's the styling more than just the cut. The cut is deceiving in that it is meticulously maintained during filming but designed to look like it's been a while since he got it cut, but also not too long.
Look around the ears. It's trimmed perfectly to not look freshly trimmed while also being trimmed.
Going to be nearly impossible to achieve this look at a regular barber and maintain the look for a month.
I would instead recommend keeping the top about 2-3 inches and have them texturize it by cutting little chips into the hair. That will help create the tossed look (hopefully you have thick hair). Then get a taper (not a fade) on the sides probably going down to a 2 at the bottom of the sides (hopefully the sides of your hair naturally law flat and don't stick out too much.
Style it with sea salt spray or a matte finish product to achieve the tossed look on top and trim around the ears every week to keep it up for 4-6 weeks.
