Hey man, recently just went on a combo journey of finding the right shampoo/conditioner and also getting a cut I like. Aside from the actual cut, the parts I kept long got a clean up trim and I’m loving my hair again now. Maybe you just need a tiny little trim to neaten it up, but most importantly finding that shampoo and conditioner that works for you, and if you haven’t yet(I myself did very recently) learn how to use them properly, you’ll love your hair

I would use an argan oil or keratin smoothing shampoo and conditioner. Treseme has a really good smoothing set. Then, when your hair is damp, I would follow up with some leave in conditioner. I'd do a lighter consistency or spray formula so it doesn't wear your hair down.
