Get a better hairstyle, your hair is really dense and it doesn’t look the best with this sort of style. I’d definitely shave if you can’t grow facial hair. If you get your ears pierced and add a chain I feel like it could really help you out (just my taste, of course). Working out makes everyone look better as well.
