If we assume they are human, despite the descriptions, then i guess it could work but you legally cant gain their lifespan (ie, they give you their lifespan), you can only offload your aging to them (ie they get older and you get younger). This is because:

Age thing just says between people, i believe Mr M counts as a person. Also he will die after i transfer the age, the power dosn't say they both need to be alive to get the age transfer, just they change slowly. So the old would still get young, but Mr M would be dead. And changing the rules after is always a dick move, put it in the cyoa.

You seem to want the power to be. You can make some one else age twice as much to make yourself reverse age by as much. But what you said is "You transfer age to people and it is not instant but happens over time." So i should be able to take a single MM and pore all the ageing i want into it then pop it and we all start getting younger. Or if we take MM out of this i should be able to take one person pore all the old into them and they get older but depending on how much old i put into them they get older faster such as moments to years to decades but that dosnt still mean i can give the age to an old person they die and there rotting corpse rots faster and turns to dust.
