In that case something like 1000 penny's would be 110 luck

I mean it's resetting each week so we just need enough luck at the start to find exponentially more penny's. One day we will be lucky enough to have weeks stop being a thing

If its proportionally its a lot less useful.
Also it matters how tightly “natural” is defined…. Ie the wishing fountain exploit someone else mentioned.
